Half landscape, half portrait, this lovely little painting captures the unique form of brotherly love that is BROMANCE. My husband and Shankara pose with the day's catch of trout in our rugged backyard in Colorado.

I was inspired by classical European paintings that show abundant spreads of fruit, fish and fowl. In this painting, they are grateful and proud of what they have to share with each other. A spirit of togetherness was in my heart while creating this painting - the trees, the fish, the lemons, the people - everyone has a companion or two.
